Melis Yoga Tutor Profile
Hi, I am Melis! I am a certified Hatha yoga instructor with extensive training in classical yoga, alignment, and mindful movement. Before booking your first lesson, all you need to know is that you don't need to be flexible or experienced to start; just have your mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind, as every practice is fully adapted to your body and pace. If past students were to describe my teaching style in one sentence, they would say it is mindful, deeply supportive, and focused on precise alignment that builds lasting strength safely. Whether you are looking to relieve tension and back stiffness, or aim to master challenging poses and deepen your flexibility, I provide a calm, encouraging space with real-time guidance.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat!
