요가 강사 Mio입니다♪ 프로필을 읽어주셔서 감사합니다. 저는 일본, 발리, 캐나다에서 일본어와 영어로 요가를 배우고 자격증을 취득했습니다. 일본과 캐나다 스튜디오에서 4년동안 요가강사로 레슨을 하고 있었습니다. 개인적으로 온라인 요가 강의, 이벤트를 진행하거나 유튜브에서 요가에 관한 영상을 업로드하고 있습니다. 요가와 만나 -7kg 다이어트를 성공하며 건강 의식이 보다 높아졌습니다. 근육(특히 이너머슬)과 유연성을 키워보니 몸이 강해지고 감기에 쉽게 걸리지 않게 되었습니다. 게다가 장이 좋아지고 피부 상태가 좋아지며 몸 전체의 컨디션이 정말 좋아졌습니다. 몸의 변화 뿐만 아니라 마음도 크게 달라졌습니다. 제 감정을 컨트롤할 수 있게 되어 감정이 왔다갔다 하지 않고 일상의 사소한 일에 행복을 느끼게 되었습
