Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.

たわいない会話も毎回とても楽しく、そして時々どんな文法書を見ても理解が出来ない文法を聞いてもとてもわかりやすく教えてくださいます。単語のニュアンスの違いも例文で感覚的に捉えやすく説明してもらえて、楽しいのにとてもためになるレッスンです。

こちら、慣用句の授業ですが、まず、日本と韓国の近い感覚を知ることができ、また、その違った表現に驚くことも多く、より韓国語に親しみを感じることができます。先生はこの授業を通して、一本踏み込んだ説明でより納得させてくださるし、慣用句を元にいろいろな文法や単語を、明るく丁寧に、そして親身に教えてくださいます。慣用句のレッスンはあまりないと思うのですが、お薦めできる楽しい時間です！

レッスン後のフィードバックが細かく韓国語を始めたばかりにも優しい内容になっています。こちらの伝えたいことを汲み取ってくださるので初心者の方にもおすすめです。

ライティングの説明が勿論丁寧ですが、課題のイディオムもいいものばかりです。自分のぺースでできるのがいいと思います！

正しい発音を習った事がなく、目から鱗です。なかなか上達しなかった英語ですが、少しずつ聞き取りが出来るようになったのも、発音を鍛えているからだと思います。家族で楽しく受けられるのも強みです。

I have been taking lessons with Koyuki Sensei since October 2023, and throughout that time I have been consistently impressed with the quality of her teaching. When I started, I had almost no knowledge of Japanese. Since then, we have worked through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 textbooks together, and we are now about to begin Quartet. What I appreciate most about Koyuki Sensei's teaching style is the balance she strikes between patience, encouragement, and challenge. Her lessons are always enjoyable and engaging, but she also knows how to push me in the right way so that I continue to improve and stay motivated. She is highly adaptable and is always able to tailor her approach to my individual needs as a learner.
