こんにちは、MUSHIMARUです。約20年前に、右肩が五十肩になったのを機にピラティスを始め、肩の調子はもちろん、その当時、ホルモンのバランスを崩し精神的にも起伏があって悩んでいた状態も克服しました。病院に行っても治らなかった諸々が簡単な運動や呼吸、気づきなどでよい状態になるのに驚きました。そのまま、ピラティスインストラクターになり、活動しなが、マタニティヨガのインストラクターの資格も得てコロナが流行る前までスポーツジムや、クリニックで活動していました。その間、ヨーガセラピストの資格も取得し、障がい者施設や、高齢者施設、ヨガスタジオや、プライベートで活動していました。現在も、自宅近郊の施設や、病院、サークル、プライベートでボランティアで活動を続けています。昨年秋まで、同居していた義父の介護を続け自宅で看取りました。心不全を患っていた義父に付き添って、循環器内科に通うようになって、患者数の
