Information

Hello.
My name is Saka.(Age late 30s)

I am teaching Japanese. I have been teaching Japanese to foreigners, especially Chinese, for more than a year. There are various types of students such as office workers, students (university and elementary school students), stewardess and so on. I have taught Japanese from the beginning, so I can understand the difficulty of learning a foreign language from the beginning.

Thank you.

My skill)
I have completed(mastered) the studies for the 420 hour Advanced Skills of Teaching Japanese Language Course

and have mastered HSK Ⅵ

About my lesson)

I can mainly teach beginner level Japanese.

Lesson method)

  • Study Japanese beginners using online Japanese teaching materials

ゆーびっく(Yubik) Free Japanese Teaching Materials

To do this, first read the new words. After that, I will briefly explain the grammar. Then review the grammar and learn it while changing words.

  • I can teach beginner level Japanese using only Japanese

To learn how to read Hiragana, first I use Hiragana card. I pronounce hiragana one by one and ask them to pronounce it. You will learn all hiragana and katakana in the same way.

I use the student's name card, introduce yourself. I call you 〇〇, and then the teacher, I was 〇〇. Thank you . I let the students do the same.

What I can do during lessons)

  • Let's have a free talk(Talk to each other freely. You speak simple Japanese and use gestures.)
  • Show an example where the sentence pattern you learned
  • Read the forum questions and think about what advice to give if written
  • When studying about "Time", search and answer the time in cities around the world
  • Search the weather forecast and get the weather forecast like a caster
  • Have a talk about the news you care about while watching a simple news site for children and foreigners
  • Dictation using part of a song or video
  • Ask students to explain their photos while looking at their album

Things impossible)

I cannot teach using only English.

I cannot explain Japanese grammar in English.

Please understand, I don't currently offer intermediate-level Japanese lessons.
