My name is Laura. I am from Romania. I speak Romanian and Russian on a native level, since my mother is Romanian and my father is Russian. I have studied at an international school in my country, where the main language used was English, thus I can speak it on a native level.
I have been living in Japan for more than 3 years. I came here with the purpose of continuing my teaching career. Since I was a kid, I was passionate about learning foreign languages and sharing what I know with others.
I watched a lot of movies in English and repeated every line I heard. I have also been passionate about more exotic languages such as Japanese and Korean. That's why I made my studies in Korea for 2 years, after which I came to Japan to live and settle here.
Living in Japan has been a dream for me since forever. I am so glad I came here, the people are so kind and the culture is very rich. And of course, the Japanese language is really beautiful.
I am now currently teaching English at a Japanese Junior High School. I love my job. The students are keen to learn and I am willing to share my knowledge to them! Let's have a great time learning together!
