Hi everyone!
I am Angel. I am Canadian, has a Chinese-Indonesian heritage and currently living in Singapore with my Japanese-Canadian partner.
I HAVE been teaching in Cafetalk since 2020. I have met many wonderful people from around the world. If this is your first time reading my profile, welcome, I hope you would consider my lessons.
I AM a qualified kindergarten and elementary school teacher. I graduated from one of Singapore's top 3 universities and I majored in Education for Primary School children. I have taught in international and private schools in Singapore for more than 10 years. Throughout the years, I have worked and experienced teaching children whose English is their second or third language.
I AM a mother of two kids. My children have enriched me to become a better version of myself. The knowledge and experience I had in teaching children in schools had also been upgraded once I had my own kids.
I OFFER lessons for young and school children with focus on literacy. English lessons can be fun! I approach lessons with children literature books. Your child will be exposed to listening to English via storytelling. After that, there will be activities and songs to accompany the story. For the older children, I will include literacy elements such as spelling, vocabulary and writing.
I OFFER lessons for adults to practice their speaking and listening in English.
