Hi, my name is Erika.

About my Pilates lessons:
I have been working as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor for about 8 years. 90% of my clients are women and are in their 20s to 80s. I also have a wealth of lesson experience for maternity and postpartum people.
Also, since I have done more than 5,000 hours of lessons in 8 years, I try to give advice suitable for each person such as exercise guidance and dietary guidance based on that experience!!
Let's aim for a healthy body and ideal body together!!


About my Japanese lessons:
I learned that many people currently living in Australia are interested in Japanese language and Japanese culture. I want as many people as possible to feel the joy of communicating with people from other countries, just as I felt that the world has expanded when I became able to speak a little English!!
