I'm pilates instructor Kako.T! 
I've been an instructor for 15 years.
I'm a mother of 3 boys.
I've taught at civic sports gyms, specialty gyms, hotel membership sports clubs and so on. Currently I teach pilates that you can do accompanied by your child at my home studio with a child-rearing space or at community centres.

For those of you who think, "Since giving birth, I'd like to really feel the effects of pilates" "I can't go to the sports gym while raising children" "sports gyms are hard to understand" "There's no specialized sports gym nearby" "it costs a lot of money to come and go to a sports gym"...
I would love to properly teach you pilates!
With that desire and through solid communication I will teach you properly.
And for those of you who don't yet have any idea about pilates, I'd like to show you that pilates in a thing for your whole lifetime!
