*Why I started doing yoga
I began yoga at the age of 22, around the time of my university graduation, because I wanted to do something about my lack of exercice and because my older sister had recommended it.
I had always found exercise hard and I wasn't very flexible, so following along was tough but I really liked how I felt afterwards and have been doing yoga now for 4 years.
Because I did deskwork, I often had stiff shoulders and aside from the phyisical aspects, I also felt stress from others, so it was good to find some time in my busy schedule in which I could focus on and take care of myself.
This year, in order to deepen my understanding of yoga, I acquired the RYT 200 in Bali.
*About my lessons
What I like about yoga is that you don't need to compare yourself with anybody and can go at your own pace, focusing on yourself.
As working from home or time spent at home increases, it becomes more necessary to have some form of assistance for loosening up a stiff body.
☪Morning breathing technique + loosen up yoga
I warmly welcome anyone who has never experienced breathing techniques before.
Using 2 kinds of breathing techniques, we can deepen our respiration and and start off the day in an invigorating way.
☪Relaxing loosen up yoga
This is a relaxation class for beginners up to all levels.
While breathing in a relaxed manner, we gently loosen up our hips and shoulders.
