I have the impression that in Japan, there is a high threshold for mental counselling, whereas in the Netherlands many people would casually seek counselling and everyone is open to it.
With counselling sessions and counselling by e-mail, I'd like to listen to your stories and help you release some stress.
I can offer advice based on my knowledge and experience for your worries and by putting myself in your shoes, I won't refer your worries to someone else's experience or disease name.
Instead, I will respect each person's individuality and temperament.
Although social welfare workers cannot provide medical and psychological support like doctors and clinical psychologists, we specialize in counselling assistance using professional knowledge and skills that are necessary for welfare and medical-related counselling. My main responsibility is to provide support to make your life easier and provide information to help you solve your problems.
In other words, as a way to solve your problems, I offer these options: "what you can do now", "where to go", and "what kind of perception is there". If you're looking for someone to listen to you stories instead of seeking concrete solutions, please contact me. You may be able to see yourself objectively and calmly by putting your emotions and mind in words, writing them in e-mails, and visualizing your mind.
So far, I've actually experienced and I've listened to a lot of life consultations (adults with developmental disability, HSP, depression, child abuse, poverty, caregivers for people with disabilities and seniors, etc.).
It's not easy to talk openly about your worries. This is the reason why I think it's very important that you find a third party through Cafetalk to talk to, instead of talking to your own family or company. 〇 About Yoga Classes This class is designed for beginners in yoga and in our classes, we'll respect the flexibility and the individuality of each person. By continuing yoga, it will bring positive changes to your mind and body.
Therefore, it is important to continue to enjoy yoga. This is recommended for those who
want to enjoy yoga at a slower and a comfortable pace. The yoga styles include Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and relaxation yoga. The class content is designed for different purposes, such as dieting, relieving shoulder pain, and improving women's disorders.
★HATHA YOGA The purpose is to build up the flexibility and the strength of your muscles that are necessary for correct postures and fundamentally rebuild your internal environment. While you're constantly releasing tension in a static pose, it also helps your concentration and mental stability.
★VINYASA YOGA Using breath, you're moving certain joints with certain muscles and by repeating and continuing the movements, you can increase the range of movements in your joints. As you're moving in dynamic poses, it's a type of exercise that makes it easier for you to concentrate on your movements.
★RELAXATION YOGA In this exercise, you're pulling certain muscles and releasing the tension in your muscles. When your body is in a relaxing state, it becomes a type of static movement that calms your mind and body.
___________________________________ 〇 About Japanese Classes Because I belonged to the announcer club in university, I can teach you Japanese pronunciation that is correct and clear. On top of that, as my partner is Dutch, I've been teaching him Japanese in our conversations since five years ago. He has improved so much that he pretty much just uses Japanese in our daily conversations.
Using this experience, in the Japanese classes, without using teaching materials, I'll support everyone that wants to improve their Japanese through daily conversations.

~My Profile~ I was born and raised in Tokyo and I moved to Yamaguchi Prefecture in high school. Since 2017, I've been living with my Dutch partner. At the age of 15, I started yoga and since then I've been fascinated by it and I've been qualified as an instructor.
Now, as a freelancer, I run yoga classes in the Netherlands. I graduated from a university that specializes in social welfare and I have the working experiences as a social worker at the Council of Social Welfare and as a child care worker at primary schools.
