Hello everybody,
My name is Monicah and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I have been teaching for the past 16 years to learners ranging from three to 50 years. I have learned that learning is possible at any age - there is nothing like too young or too old to learn.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Education from Egerton University and my Masters Degree from The University of Nairobi. I interact alot with people whose first language is not English and see their excitement when they are able to converse with English speakers.
I teach grammar, phonics, words, and expressions to beginners of all ages. I also hold lessons, discussion, and conversations with intermediate level students who want to improve their speaking, reading or writing skills. I use flash cards, real objects, songs, and games to make my lessons fun, easy, and engaging.
I know taking lessons is not always easy. Therefore, my lessons are specifically made to help you achieve your language goals. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. This is the right place to learn or improve your English language skills.
