After completing my master's degree at a Japanese university, I worked as a ground staff for a Korean airline for several years.
I am currently working as a Korean language tutor while raising my children.
 
Especially for those of you who have a busy life!
By taking some time for yourself, you can make your ordinary life feel special, and by adding learning to your everyday life, you can make it even more expansive and rich.
 
The great advantage of the Korean language is that there are many opportunities to try out what you have learned.
Some of my students wanted to see how well they could understand Korean they had studied, so they went to Shin-Okubo in Tokyo to first try it out, and then went on a trip to South Korea. They said that they were very satisfied when they could communicate with the store clerks.
 
The environment where you can study and try it out is only possible for countries that are situated close by, so why not take this opportunity to enjoy your studies and look forward to the day when you can try it out?
 
●Teaching Career
I have been living in Japan since 2003.
When I was working as a ground staff for an airline, I started teaching Korean to the Japanese staff who wanted to help the customers. I was delighted to see how happy they were to be able to read Hangul and greet each other even if it was in broken Korean.
 
Currently, I am teaching mainly 1:1 and 1:2 lessons.
 

●Lesson Style
 
I know that everyone is very nervous when they first start.
Would it be difficult? Will I be able to keep up?
What kind of person will the teacher be? What if it's not a good match? etc. Please don't worry about these things.
Everybody has different goals, different levels of interest, and different ages when they start learning.
The pace of our lessons will be tailored to each individual student's needs and desires, so please don't worry.
I also offer trial lessons, so please feel free to take a look at them.
 

☆For beginner level students
Master Hangeul in 40 minutes x 4 times.
After that, I will recommend various Korean expressions based on textbooks.
 
☆For intermediate level students
While using a textbook as a base, we will focus on conversational skills based on your interests.
 
☆For advanced level students
We will mainly focus on free-talking about current news, music, travel, etc.
 
☆Others
Custom Lessons
 
Teaching materials used are Korean language courses from the basics (beginner, intermediate), Hangul & Korean conversation from scratch, etc.
You may be required to prepare your own materials depending on the course.
