Hello! I'm Domi and I'm from London. 

I love teaching and have over 10 years of experience working with adults, teens and young children! I'm a native speaker of English and have a neutral British accent - so I'm easy to understand! 

Growing up in a multicultural family, I have always loved learning languages, which is why I love teaching them too! I'm currently learning French and Korean, as well as Japanese.

My teaching style is fun, creative and encouraging! 
I am an enthusiastic and patient teacher, and I aim to create a positive learning environment for all my students! :) 

I have taught English to Japanese students of all ages for over 2 years, in-person and online. When I worked in Japan, I taught English in elementary and senior high schools, as well as community classes for adults up to the age of 70!! Through this experience, I learnt more about Japanese culture, so I'm able to understand the difficulties Japanese speakers face when learning English and can help you more effectively. 


I have a 120 Hour TEFL Certification and lots of experience with university entrance exams, speech contests and university interviews. 

I'm also passionate about science, especially neuroscience and biology! I have a Masters in Biological Sciences from the University of London and have a lot of experience teaching science to children and high school students.

I love integrating science and maths with language learning to make lessons more exciting. Please check out my Maths and Science classes if you're interested!

I have also taught Chinese at Saturday schools in the UK for 6 years, so if you’re interested in learning Chinese or learning about life in the UK as a British Asian, I'm happy to teach this in a lesson!
