Hello!
I became an elementary school teacher because I love children.
For the past 27 years, I have been a teacher at a public elementary school.
I have taught a total of about 1,000 children.
In addition, I worked in early childhood education (kindergarten) for two years in the prefecture and as an elementary school administrator for eight years. I have also supervised new teachers.
As such, I have knowledge and understanding of all aspects of elementary school life in Japan today.
During that time, I have consulted with a wide variety of children, parents, and teachers.
Since becoming an administrator, I have been involved in various activities, such as: offering trial enrollment for elementary school students living overseas who have temporarily returned to their home countries; creating a curriculum to ensure a smooth transition from kindergarten, nursery school, or preschool to elementary school; working with parents to develop initiatives to help children with special needs become more independent; and working with the parents of children who need daily support to help them become more independent. I have been working in each classroom to support children who are struggling or losing their attitude toward learning, and I have been focusing on drawing out and developing their abilities to the fullest.
I hope to be of help to elementary school students who are struggling with their studies, anxious about their studies, or just want to work on their studies with more motivation.
In addition, many problems may arise during elementary school life. I have consulted with parents about life, study, friendships, and child care, so I hope to be of help in these areas as well. Let's think about your problems together. Furthermore, I would be happy to be of help to those who are thinking of becoming elementary school teachers.
