Hi, my name is Sheena Jessica Dioso, but you can call me Sheen. I turned 34 this year. I was born and raised in Cebu City, but I relocated to Aklan, where Boracay is, about 4 years ago. 

I sometimes look serious, but you'd be surprised how approachable and a jokester I am. I love cracking jokes because I always set a lighter mood and make people more at ease with me. As they say, a smile is the best medicine. 

I am more of a night owl, but I can switch to being a morning person when it comes to working. This is because I always prioritize work-life balance. Life is too short to be one-sided all the time.

When it comes to my professional life, I got my nursing degree only because of my parents' wishes. However, my heart has been in teaching ever since I tried tutoring one of my high school buddies. It dawned on me that teaching is my passion. So, right after I graduated from the university, two weeks to be exact, I applied for a teaching position in an ESL school. Luckily, they accepted me with open arms even without experience. Since then, my calling has been polished over the years. I can't see myself doing anything else if it is not educating people.
