Hello from California! Thank you for looking at my profile.  I believe that if you're teaching to the average, you are teaching to no one.  All of my lessons will be tailored to your specific levels, goals, and needs. 

I'm a certificated teacher and tutor with over 20 years experience that hopes to help students meet their English goals and needs. My credentials include an an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and a multiple subject teaching credential in the State of California as an Education Specialist for students with special needs.  

My experience includes teaching English in the public school system and privately to students of all ages in Japan for more than 7 years and working as a teacher and teacher coach in California for more than 10 years to students of all ages and abilities.  I've been fortunate enough to have worked with students from pre-school through adulthood.  

My work in education continues to provide me experience, resources, and training in multiple subjects and methodologies of teaching.  
Specific lesson lessons are available for any level or type of student to meet your needs and work towards positive outcomes.  I am able to modify, accommodate, and create lessons based on what will work for you.
