Little bit about me
Hi everyone! My name is Megan. Nice to meet you! I am american and I live in Virginia, USA. My cultural heritage is very mixed but mostly Haitian and American. French and English are both my native tongue.
Teaching Style
My style is very flexible. I believe it is very important to have fun, so I like to incorporate games and songs into my lessons, as well and an encouraging and positive atmosphere. Pronunciation is also very important, so if you are looking to practice and develop a native accent, we can work together with correct word mouthing and accent.
Experience
I have spent over 10+ years working voluntarily teaching people of all ages and nationalities. Also I’ve been teaching Piano from my home for 8+ years, as you can guess I really enjoy teaching! J

I’ve also worked in Finance, specifically accounting and taxes. If you have questions or need vocabulary for financial subject I can help.
Interests
I love travel and learning new languages and cultures. I Like lots of comedy and slice-of-life amine like 5 centimeters Per Second or Your Name and some other old animes. We can definitely have have a conversation about anime if it’s one ive seen before!
Also I hope to visit Japan soon. Last year I was able to visit Taiwan and it was beautiful!
My favorite Japansese food is Onigiri. But I also really love Udon and Tonkatsu!
