What is World Teachers' Day?

World Teachers' Day is celebrated around the world as a day to show appreciation for teachers.
The date varies from country to country, but in 1994, UNESCO established October 5th as "World Teachers' Day". Many events are held around the world on this day.

What are "Thank You points"?

The Thank You points feature allows you to send your Cafetalk points to your tutor with a message.
You can use this function when you want to express your gratitude to a tutor or when you want to support a tutor. You can send points from 100 points (only purchased points are available as Thank You points).

Please note

  • The Tosho Card NEXT can be used to purchase books and e-books at bookstores nationwide that have Tosho Card readers and at some online bookstores. If you live outside Japan, please research a store you can use in advance.
  • Please make sure that you can receive emails from admincafetalk.com .
  • You can only give points to tutors with a 100% satisfaction guarantee badge.
  • There is no need to apply separately for the lottery.
  • No matter how many times you send Thank You points during the period, it will only count as one entry per person.
  • The points used as Thank You points cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please check the amount of points before sending them.
  • Only purchased points can be used as Thank You points.
  • Please note that this campaign may end without prior notice.

How to give Thank You points

You can easily send them by using your purchased points!

  1. Click the "Send Thank You points" button on the request page of a completed lesson request
    (The button will be displayed on the request page once the lesson has been completed.)

    View the Request Overview
    1. Input the amount of points you would like to send to the tutor
    2. Write a thank you message
    3. Select that you have understood that Thank You points can't be refunded or cancelled
    4. Click the "Send Thank You points" button. Done!
