We all want a firm and nicely-shaped butt, however if we weren't born in Brazil we can only dream about it as we don't have the genetics for it.

BRAZILIAN BUTT is, of course, a fitness myth!


But the good news for all of us who are not from this area is that we can have a perfect butt with the help of exercise.
Let's forget for a second that we only need our buttocks to look good while we fit it in our pants or wear it under our skirts.

Buttocks are very important and are the muscles supports and protect our spinal column from injury.

Here are 6 of the best and most effective exercises for strengthening and enhancing the tone of our buttocks.


1. FIRE HYDRANT 


The FIRE HIDRANT is an amazing exercise for an intense glute pump. Add a resistance band around your knees for more burn!


2. FROG PUMP 


Don’t forget, you might need a lot of reps (20+) to really feel this one burn.



3. BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS


Single leg exercises like this one can be quite challenging but effective. 


4. SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT


Glutes, lower back, and single leg stability all in one – SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT is one of those exercises that should be done slowly to get the most out of it. 

Of course there are many more exercises and variations that activate our buttocks. Start with this basic one and gradually make your training more complex. ENJOY!
