Happy New Year 2022!

Colin コリン

On New Year's Eve and the following two nights this year, my youngest
daughter helped serve visitors (巫女さん?) at a nearby shrine.
I took the above photo at 2:30 in the morning when I visited
the shrine (初詣?), and like most visitors to the shrine, I threw
a coin into the offering box and prayed for the coming year.

I usually pray for more money
and good health; but this year,
I just simply said,

"神様、ありがとう!"
