Write whenever you can - Journal Writing

Many of my previous tutor columns on writing have elaborated on its benefits to both language development and for your wellbeing. Sometimes, when we have to write, we tend to encounter a mental block in relation to the topics we could write about. This column gives you more suggestions on topics you could write about that you could consider when you write a journal.

1.      What is one special thing about your culture that you feel strongly about?
2.      Describe some memories you associate with the current season.
3.      What is a movie or a television program that has had an influence on you?
4.      What would you do if you won the lottery?
5.      What is something you were afraid of as a child.
