How to get to the top of the mountain or why should you be a leader?

Svitlana Deikalo

Hoverla is the highest peak of the Ukrainian Carpathians and the highest point of Ukraine, its height is 2,061 m above sea level.
I went to the top of the mountain in the summer of 2018. I was joined to an excursion group - a team of young football players. I and 8 men!
So many emotions! And what will happen if I don't make it! Men will judge me! They became friends on the way. So much support, warmth, kindness! An unforgettable experience! Good memories!
I am sure that my leadership qualities helped me get to the top of the mountain, maybe my ability to work in a team. After all, a team of young football players went with me.

I still remember those moments. And with pleasure, I will share my impressions and my knowledge with you, my dear students)))
