What goals did I achieve in 202? What are my best memories?
I think 2022 was a hard year for everyone. With all the problems, both globally and nearer to home, it is sometimes easy to forget how precious each moment of our life is and how we can choose to approach every decision or moment in a positive way. That is what I have tried to do this year. I have tried to take every difficulty and use it as a moment to become stronger, to learn something new. This has been my goal for the year.
My best memories are simple things like holding my wife’s hand while sitting on a bus. Sitting on a park bench in the sunshine with her and watching children play.
Then there are the people I meet online via Cafetalk. Technology definitely has a lot of bad points, but the fact that I can meet so many wonderful and interesting people everyday has enriched my life to an extraordinary degree.
