Did you know, Miyazaki, Japan, has a sister city in Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States? The sister cities have been exchanging services and cultures for over 20 years! In addition to being sister cities, Miyazaki and Virginia Beach have sister parks and sister schools. Pictured below are photos of the Miyazaki Japanese Zen Garden built to honor this relationship. I took these photos Spring of 2022!
