Fashion is typically split into four seasons:
- Spring/Summer,
- Fall/Winter,
- Resort,
- Pre-Fall.
The two main seasons for fashion, however, are Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.
Spring/Summer starts in January and extends to around June. Fall/Winter runs from July to December.
(Resort collections come somewhere between the first two seasons, while Pre-Fall collections appear in stores a short amount of time before Fall)
More cold demands more clothes. Typically, depending on the region you're in, Jackets and Mufflers go a long way. Easy to take off whenever you're indoors and put in a corner or a bag. However, if it's too cold, you might need some layering. Layering for the fall is easy when you have strategic pieces of clothing in your closet. Be sure to have plain cotton turtlenecks, mock necks, and quarter-sleeve cotton shirts for base layers. For the top layer, light V-neck sweaters, fleece vests, fashion scarves, tank tops, and other basic tops work well.
