Writing techniques for descriptive writing

An important Language art to master is the ability to write in a descriptive way. 
Many High School English and language exams will ask you to write a description of something or someone. Almost all English language-speaking exams will ask you to describe something. 

In business, it is fundamental to be able to describe to the client what they should expect. 

I can teach you the features used in descriptive writing using high-quality teaching materials.



You will learn about writing through conversation and reading comprehension.
You will learn the purpose of descriptive writing and its common features. 




In an exam, you might be asked to describe the scene, create atmosphere, or to describe a picture. To do this you will need appropriate vocabulary and the correct techniques. I look forward to helping you with both. 

He is an excellent example of descriptive writing, but can you tell why it is descriptive and not narrative, persuasive or expository?
