Every Spring, I'm hit with seasonal allergies. It's usually at the beginning of everything blossoming that it's the worst. Later in the season, it's not as bad, and I don't have to take medication for it. So my first tip is to take allergy medication as soon as possible. Claritin is my go-to for allergy medication because it's non-drowsy, whereas other effective allergy medications will put you to sleep.
If medication isn't an option for you, then I would say staying indoors as often as possible is a good strategy. But it's not really a solution because allergies still act up indoors. It's just less severe indoors. However, if you can be in a mall or other big building that has a good HVAC system, then that will give you significant relief from your allergies. My only other suggestion would be to get a good air circulator. Circulating the air is helpful in reducing those allergents hanging in the air.
Good luck, everyone!
