もう何年来、朝はコーヒ－を飲んでいます。お気に入りは、コロンビアコ－ヒ－ 刺激の少ない軽いコーヒ－
です。インドネシアの生徒さんから、ルワクコ－ヒ－を頂きました。ジャコウネコの糞からつくった値段の高いコーヒ－です。勿論飲んだことはありません。インドネシアでは、高級品ではなく、ごく普通に飲まれていると生徒さんからききました。
糞から作るってどういうこと？という疑問に応えてくれたお話は、ジャコウネコはコーヒ－の実が好きで
食べているうちに、いつしか「良い実」だけを好んでたべるようになり、実を食べて出した糞には、良質のコーヒ－豆だけが残るということでした。良質のコーヒ－豆だけを焙煎したのが「Luwak coffee] だそうです。
コ－ヒ－好きなら誰でも知っている話かもしれませんね。
ところで、それを（ルワクコ－ヒ－）を飲んでみました。なんと柔らかなふんわりしたテイスト、さすが、最高級といわれるコーヒ－にふさわしい上品な味、今まで飲んだことがないフィーリング、猫の糞とはおもえない究極のリサイクル！ まだ、お飲みになっていない方、お勧めです。

I've been drinking coffee in the morning for years now.My favorite is Colombian coffee, a light coffee with little stimulation.
I received Luwak coffee from Indonesian student.An expensive coffee made from civet cat feces.Of course I never drank it.The students told me that in Indonesia, it is not considered a luxury item, but rather a common drink.What does it mean to make it from shit?The story that answered this question is that civet cats like coffee berries.As they continued to eat, they eventually came to enjoy only the ``good'' berries, and the feces left behind after eating the berries contained only high-quality coffee beans.Luwak coffee is made by roasting only high-quality coffee beans.This is probably a story that everyone who loves coffee knows.By the way, I tried drinking it (Luwaku coffee).What a soft and fluffy taste, as expected, an elegant taste befitting the highest quality coffee, a feeling I've never had before, and the ultimate recycling that won't make you think it's cat poop!If you haven't tried it yet,
