Favorite Quotes and Sayings

Weekly Topic: What is your favorite quotes and sayings? What is the meaning of it, and why do you like it?

Aisosa

My favourite quotes are;
"It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop".-Confucius
"Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance".- Samuel Johnson.

I like these quotes because they show that you don't need extraordinary strength or talent to achieve your dreams. Success comes from taking small, consistent steps everyday. I grew up speaking the English Language only and it was these quotes that encouraged me to start learning my native language, which I had struggled with for years. By being persistent, I made a lot of progress as the years rolled by. My experience alsocinspired me to help others learn English as a second language.

I am sure you can relate with my experience. Somedays it feels like you are not making progress at all. You might feel discouraged or feel like giving up. But remember these quotes when you feel that way. It is about putting in effort everyday, no matter how little. If you keep trying, you will achieve your English learning goals.

If you are finding it difficult to learn English, I'm here to help you. In my classes, you can learn at your pace without fear of making mistakes. Take your first step today and book a lesson with me. All you need to know is what to learn and then remain consistent, learning step by step.

Have you had days when you felt like giving up in your English learning journey?
