Day 1
We drove to Hyōgo prefecture Wednesday evening April 2nd it took about 8 hours - sleeping over in our car at service rest stop on the Hwy .
Day 2 :
When we woke up around 9am we took our time before heading on our way to Kurashiki in Okayama prefecture . (main photo is of the canal in Kurashiki)
We then travelled onward and stopled at the birthplace Kibi Dango of the song of Momotaro .
Then continued on to Shimanami Kaido where we stopped on the island of Omishima where we went for a beautiful and scenic walk and then spent the night.
