Autumn in America is something truly special. The moment the leaves change and the air gets crisp, my family always jumps into fall mode. We’d decorate the house, swap out the kitchen stuff, and even make fall-themed foods with cute seasonal plating.
But now that I’m living on my own, I’ve realized I don’t really have any fall traditions of my own. Honestly, I’ve just been carrying on my parents’ habits without thinking about it. So this year feels like the right time to start something new—my own little way to celebrate the season.
And since winter will sneak up before we know it, I’ve decided to give knitting a try. I’m going to make myself a sweater for the chilly, crisp days ahead.
