My favourite dish - Palak Paneer

Hello everyone,

I love the Indian dish - Palak Paneer (Indian spinach curry with homemade cheese). The recipe is here https://www.indianhealthyrecipes.com/palak-paneer-recipe-easy-paneer-recipes-step-by-step-pics/ 

This is a great dish because:
- it's delicious
- it's healthy and 
- it's not expensive 

The only challenge is that it takes a little time to prepare, but it is totally worth it!  

I'm not Indian but I love this kind of food. If you don't like spicy food, you can remove some of the chillis to reduce the heat. It goes really well with rice and nan bread. Enjoy!
