If you could be 100% sure of a question popping up in your interview, how much effort would you put into preparing for it ?

The only question you know for sure will be the question that YOU ask.

This is a very important question, it shows what you know about the organization you are trying to join, it shows that you can take charge of a situation and if you combine it with smart, related follow up questions, then you allow the interviewer to talk. This takes the pressure off you, gives you a breather and even allows the interviewer to relate to you.

Your question is one you can count on, so make it count !
