Description

This lesson is for: students planning to sit the IELTS test, who would like to increase their vocabulary to help with their speaking, writing and comprehension skills.

Level of English you need: you will need to have an intermediate (B1) level of English, or higher.

The lesson: before the lesson we will agree on a topic, and during the lesson we will explore vocabulary based on this topic.  You will have the chance to practise and I will give you feedback on your pronunciation.

Materials used: I have a range of materials specifically for helping students prepare for the IELTS exam.  I will email you the materials we will be working from.

About me: I’ve been teaching for over 20 years and have qualifications to teach English to Speakers of other languages.  I have helped prepare students for the IELTS test both face-to-face and online.  I have also undertaken training to help me prepare students for the IELTS test.

My teaching style: I am a friendly and fun teacher and want you to feel comfortable and confident learning English.
