Kurspaket Inhalt

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

You are not alone! This is a safe space where you and I can talk about anything that might be bothering you.




Life can be difficult and you might feel unsure about yourself or your circumstances. That's why I would like to provide you with a non-judgemental safe space.

If you are feeling vulnerable or would not like to be seen on webcam, you are welcome to turn your webcam off. You are welcome to take a break if needed.

I want you to feel comfortable with anything we discuss and our session is completely confidential!

So, lets talk, you don't have to go through this alone. It takes strength to open up.

Please note: I can only provide you with general advice based on my personal experience, my full attention and a place to feel comfortable. If your situation requires professional help, please speak to your doctor, specialist or mental healthcare provider.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Mehr als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ Stornierung jederzeit möglich
  • Weniger als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ Stornogebühren können anfallen.
  • No-Show→ Stornogebühren können anfallen.
