If you want to learn a language, you must also understand its culture. Culture encompasses more than just the types of food we eat; it embodies the beliefs of a group of people. In this class, I will explain and discuss the fundamental concepts of Western culture and why Westerners hold these beliefs in comparison to other cultures. This class is designed for those who wish to delve deeper into the English language and its origins, with the aim of becoming more proficient English speakers.
