Kursinhalt

Lets drink Tea together and Talk. In an informal ritual, we share a cup a tea and talk about your day, your personal story, concerns or things you would like to change in you or in your life. Or just a space where I garantee you will feel accepted and listened to. Only from that space and my own experience and 10+ years as a therapist, I will advice you if need be. 
This tea ceremony is an invitation for you to come as you are. Trust me, my capacity to truly listen has impacted the life of many and I wanna keep helping people. To truly listen is a gift. I wanna share my gift with you. 

Plus, its kind a cute that as an european I will be leading the tea ceremony :)

I follow a very informal chinese tradition of serving Oolong tea, but any tea you have is welcome.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
