You are not alone in this, everyone experiences stress and anxiety in different situations. It is a big part of life. The challenge is to learn how to cope with stress, and overcome anxiety, even in the most difficult and demanding situations. Well, my lesson will bring you these tricks and strategies and teach you to beat anxiety and stress.

Ask general questions, stimulate conversation, encourage speaking,
Demonstrate practical tricks and tips to learn the art of staying in the moment, being grounded and anchored.
