India (Bharat) is one of the oldest countries and Varanasi is the oldest civilized city in the world. There were many customs/rituals that were followed by people on a daily basis.



We have done away with some of the customs, while we still follow some at least during festivals. Take a lesson to know more about the life style of the people of ancient India.
