Dies ist ein 2-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 1 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

Kursinhalt
ペットロスとは、ペットとの別れによる深い悲しみから立ち上がれない心理状態の事です。
私たちにとって、何年間も共に暮らしたペットは家族同然です。家族や恋人や親しい友人を失ったとき同様に、ペットとの別れや死に対して、悲しんだり苦しんだりするのはごく自然で正常な反応です。
とは言うものの、「ペットを失ったくらいで・・・」と、ペットロスは社会でもなかなか共感してもらえないのが現状です。
ペットロスに陥っている自分自身も、「早く立ち直らなければ」「いつまでも悲しんでいたらあの子が悲しむ」など、悲しむこと自体をはばかってしまうこともあり、ペットロスが長期化してしまうことも珍しくありません。
また、ペットロスといってもそのつらさは悲しみだけではなく、後悔、罪悪感、無力感、孤独感など、複雑な感情が潜んでいます。
ペットを失ったことで引き起こされるその感情を、自分だけで抑えるのは並大抵なことではありません。
【レッスンについて】
このレッスンでは、ペットロスに苦しむあなたの、今の悲しみと心の在り方をもう一度見つめなおし、感情のもつれをほぐす手助けを致します。

今までペットロスのご相談をいろいろと受けてきましたが、やはり１回のみのご相談ではペットロスを受け入れるのは困難である、という結論に至ったからです。
とは言え、２回のご相談でペットロスが完全に解消するわけではありません。ペットロスは乗り越えるものではなく、共存するものだからです。
よってこのレッスンでは、ペットロスの解消ではなく共存するためにどう受け止めればよいのかを中心に進めていきます。
また、このレッスンはカウンセリングを主とはしておりません。あくまで悲しみと共存するために必要な知識（グリーフケア）を学ぶことを主としております。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

- Weniger als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 50% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
