Kurspaket Inhalt

Dies ist ein 3-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 2 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 45 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

わたしはこうやって教育します

　わたしの場合、最初はうるさいぐらい1つ1つチェックして指導（ダメ出し）し、時には褒めてなだめておだてながら少しずつ仕事の範囲を広げてやるようにします。範囲を広げるのと同時にチェックも減らしていくようにします。

　あと、表情で怒らない（怒鳴らない）ことです。とにかく腹が立ってもそこはぐっとこらえ、ダメな時はダメな理由を必ず系統立てて教えます。褒める事は必要ですが、怒られても何度でも繰り返して行う癖を付けさせる方が大事です。怒鳴ったり威嚇するのはNGですが、必ずダメな理由を言って修正させます。理由もなくダメと言うと理不尽に思えて反発し、逆効果です。

　教育とはまず我慢と忍耐です。

　最初は「書く」事から始めます。最近は聞いてもメモひとつ取らないエンジニアがたくさんいます。それで同じ事を何度も聞いてくるのでいい加減キレたくなります。ですから「書く」癖をまずつけさせる意味で、フローチャート（かそれに準ずるもの）を書かせます。適当なものではなく、必ず実際の仕様書から起こさせます。とにかく「アルゴリズム」を意識させるようにします。

　そればかりさせると集中力も続かないので、書いたら簡単にレビューして修正させた上でコーディング、デバッグさせます。デバッグが終わったところでまた簡単なコードレビューをして、マズい点を指摘、修正させます。とにかく、この繰り替えしを出来る限りさせて内容を徐々に実務にシフトさせます。

　次にある程度書いてプログラミングをさせたら今度はドキュメントを書かせます。最近の若いエンジニアはドキュメントまで話し言葉にする人が多いです。私はコーディングさせたプログラムの仕様と、ツールなどを作らせた場合はそのマニュアルを作成させます。これらのドキュメントも必ず良くなるまでダメ出しして書かせます。私の新人時代も結構やらされましたが、個人的にこれは後々効いてくると思います。

　コミュニケーションはまず挨拶です。私は声が小さかったりしなかった人を見つけると目の前まで言って挨拶します（やり過ぎるとイヤミですが）発表会とかレビューとかもやりますが、一番手っ取り早いのが何かあると呼んで「○○さんにこれがどうなっているのか聞いてきて」など、他の人の所にお使いに出す事です。後はしばらくインターネットを止めてやります。全部止めるとマズイので外部に出られないようにします。そうすると何か不明点があってもググれませんので、調べるか聞くかになります。どちらに転がっても良いのですが、同じ事を2度聞いたら怒ります。意図的に人と接する機会を増やしてやると仕事なので大抵の人はそのうち苦じゃなくなります（慣れもある）

　これらの事を適当なバランスで行っていき、反復する事で少しづつ身につけさせます。業務が忙しい場合は半分か1/3ぐらい時間を割きます。間違っても全部業務にしてしまうと分からない事だらけでモチベーションも上がりません。新人を戦力に見立てるのは難しいので、戦力としてはいないものだと認識してやるべきです。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
