This exercise has two parts: introducing terminology and interaction for practice. The lesson focuses on the use of numbers and letters to identify specific technical information such as email addresses, phone numbers, booking and reservation reference codes, product specifications, scheduling Etc. The idea here is to be able to both provide and comprehend this information with an ambitious goal of 100% accuracy without which transmission would be impossible. The practice portion of this exercise involves the use of commonly accepted target vocabulary that anyone can recognize.
