Kellie is very professional - she took the needed time to assess my level and needs, given I just had my first lesson with her. She asked me questions directly to understand what my goals are, as well as did a couple of brief exercises with me to see/listen to my speaking. So even within the first lesson, she was able to come up with some feedback points and suggestions on the aspects/exercises we will work on together going forward. Kellie is also very friendly and easy to talk to, so we were able to learn about each other and our backgrounds. Because she has experience working/speaking in both Asian and western cultures, she was able to understand right away the challenges and concerns I have when doing public speaking for different audiences. This is a very critical point, as different cultural context may require a lot of adjustments. Also, I was able to discuss with her the challenges of doing speaking online instead of in-person, which of course is very common today. It'd be great to continue lessons with Kellie.
