- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 1 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 15 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Description

Let's get familiarised with the English language. Classes are for A1-A2 learning level. I will explain for you the Alphabet and the rules of the pronunciation. In this way you will improve your listening skills. The next Lesson Nice to meet you will help you to learn new vocabulary. You will be able to introduce yourself to new people in English language.

You will improve your conversational skills. The next lesson will be: "Telling the time". We will learn the numbers and how to express the notion of time. The lessons will help you improve your listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. As a beginner, you will create simple sentences to have conversation with people. We can have 1 by 1 classes or we can have group classes as well.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

This lesson is “Immediately Confirmed”

If the requested date falls within 30 days, the request will be “confirmed” immediately without having to wait for the tutor to reply.

Requests will be confirmed immdiately expect the first one of a pack. If confirmed immediately, the policy “before request is confirmed” will not apply.

About “Immediate Confirmation”

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
