Sometimes the words and phrases used on the job or during interviews can be confusing. Let's sort it out!

If a colleague inquires about the "cadence" of something, are you caught off guard? Not sure what "ducks" you need to get "in a row" for "next quarter"? What does "circle back" mean?
Communication in the workplace can be confusing at times due to unique English vocabulary, phrasing and idioms. Be proactive and prepare yourself with some lessons on what to expect! That way, you can feel confident about what you're saying and doing in interviews and at your place of employment.
