Voice Gymnastics ^_^ Improvisation Practice
Description
in these lessons you will be able to learn and practice two qualities. the first is the ability to go on stage reassured of your ability to face and transcend any setbacks, and any fear-related problems in general. the second is the uncovering of your own natural creative potential, so that both in the studio or on stage you feel confident enough to play with, and go beyond the song or speech you are performing or composing.

and absolutely anything you may like to go over or are interested about, either specifically in a song to work on, or any worry or fear about any public performing or speaking.
each lesson will be structured every time according to what is needed. i will support the process so that you always feel like you gently progressed, each time know more, and especially feel more confident about anything related to the stage or simply your personal creation process.
lessons come in blocks of 40 minutes, maximum one block per day.
