课程介绍
This is an advanced course for karate students who need to bring their skills from good to exceptional.
Most students are told to be faster, hit harder, or kick higher, but they are not taught HOW to do these things. This class uses anatomy, biomechanics, and muscular physiology to teach athletes how to improve balance, technique, and movement.
Join 12-Time World Champion and US Team Coach, Grandmaster Alberto Friedmann, in learning how to make your techniques reach world champion levels.
