レッスンを始める前にまず相談をしてみたいという方は一度お会いしましょう。
今までの運動経験など、理想のトレーニング方法、頻度もご相談下さい。
ただ、こちらのカウンセリングを受けると、こちらが初回レッスンとカウントされてしまうようで、システム上「体験レッスン」ができなくなります。その点だけご了承ください。よろしくおねがいします。
