Lesson Summary:

We will.....

  1. Warm-up:

    • We will get to know the colors, numbers, and introduce ourselves, and learn together!

  2. Introduction to Colors:

    • I will introduce the colors using flashcards and realia.
    • You will repeat and learn along!
    • I will then use animals and props and you tell me their colour!

  3. Introduction to Numbers:

    • I will introduce our numbers next using my flashcards!
    • You will repeat after me and tell me what numbers I hold up!
    • You will also tell me 'How old are you?'

  4. Self-Introduction Practice:

    • We will learn how to introduce yourself:
    • 'What's your name?'
    • 'How old are you?'

  5. Worksheet Activity:

    • If we have time I will show you a worksheet and you will complete it with me! 
    • We will complete it together and revise our colors, numbers, and introduction!
